RESOLUTIONS

Te Iwi o Rakaipaaka Trust members will be seeking the approval of adult registered members on the following resolutions;

1. That the Te Iwi o Rakaipaaka Trust Annual Report 2023 and the duly audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending 30 June 2023 be adopted.
2. That the appointment of BDO Gisborne Limited as the Independent Auditor for the 2023/2024 Income Year be approved.
